COVID-19 SAFETY

First and foremost is the safety of everyone who could be affected by the activities and the ESF Team are working closely with the responsible authorities to ensure that we only deliver events that protect our guests, the community and our NHS.

Please do not attend Ealing Summer Festivals if you are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID – 19 including high temperature, a new, continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. You should stay home, self-isolate and arrange for a PCR test.

These events are being delivered under Phase 4 of the restrictions, but we still expect to have measures in place to reduce the risk of transmission and we ask that all attendees respect this and adhere to them.  Social distancing is recommended and we advise you wear a mask at all queue points such as toilets, bars and traders, at times when it is not possible to maintain social distancing and whenever you are within a covered area such as a marquee. Please note we will not be using the circus big top as in previous years for the blues, jazz and other music events.

One of the key areas will be in the management of capacities and we will be releasing tickets in phases so that we can manage the numbers onsite. All ticket purchases are protected and if there is any need to cancel an event in the programme, we will refund the face value of the ticket. You can read more about the Ticket Purchase Terms here.

All attendees are asked to scan the NHS Test & Trace App on entry.
