The festival will take place on Saturday, 23 and Sunday, 24 July. The Jazz festival forms part of the Ealing Summer Festivals programme organised by Ealing Council.
One of the pioneers of jazz-funk Roy Ayers will be making his debut as headliner on the festival’s main stage on Saturday, 23 July. There will also be performances from Ealing Jazz favourites the Vasilis Xenopoulos Quintet and K.O.G and the Zongo Brigade.
Sunday, 24 July boasts a spectacular line up of Jazz musicians including MOBO award winning Saxophonist YolanDa Brown headlining the main stage. She will be joined by Keith Waithe and the Macussi Players, returning to the Ealing Jazz stage and the highly buzzed newcomer Nerija.
Taking place before the festival is “The Late Sessions” a series of late night Jazz events taking place at The Grove at Ealing Green. The event is free entry starting at 10:00 PM running for three nights on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd July.
It features many of the Ealing Jazz performers including Vasilis Xenopoulous and Jack Honeybourne – so the perfect start or end, it being late, your Ealing Jazz experience.
